A 12-year-old site that took 9 seconds to load on 4G. Rebuilt around a single action — book an appointment — with online scheduling wired straight into their practice software.

I build fast, beautiful websites for small businesses that are tired of looking smaller than they are. 3 weeks from first call to launch day.

What I do
Every engagement is fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before you pay anything. If what you need is not on this list, say so on the call — I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person.
A 5-to-8 page site that explains what you do, proves you can do it, and asks for the sale on every screen. You get the copywriting — most businesses do not have a design problem, they have a clarity problem.
You already have a site. It is slow, it looks dated, and it does not work on a phone. I rebuild it on modern foundations without losing the search traffic you have spent years earning.
When the site needs to actually take money or fill a calendar. Payments, scheduling, inventory, automated follow-up — wired together so you stop doing it by hand at 11pm.
Selected work
Every project below replaced something that was quietly costing the business money. Drag them, swipe them, or step through with the arrows.
How it works
The reason web projects go wrong is almost never technical. It is that nobody agreed what was being built. So we agree first.
15 minutes. You tell me what the business does and what the site is failing to do. If I am not the right person, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
A fixed scope, a fixed price, and a launch date — in writing, before you pay anything. No hourly billing, no surprises halfway through.
You see a working site in week 1, not a slideshow in week 4. Weekly check-ins, a live preview link, and one round of changes built into every stage.
I handle domains, hosting, analytics, and the handover. You get a 30-minute walkthrough, the logins, and the code. Everything is yours.
Pricing
These are real starting prices, not anchors. You get an exact number after the call, in writing, before any money moves.
For a site that works but looks its age.

We had three quotes. Two agencies wanted six months and a retainer. He gave us a fixed price and a date, and hit it. The phone started ringing in week two.
I have worked with developers who disappear for a month and come back with something I did not ask for. This was the opposite — I could see the site being built the whole time.
The copy was the part I did not expect. He rewrote how we describe ourselves and it turned out that was the actual problem, not the design.
Straight answers
If yours is not here, ask it on the call. I would rather talk you out of a bad fit than sell you one.
3 weeks for a standard marketing site, assuming you can get me your content and feedback within 2 business days. Larger builds with payments or scheduling run 5 to 8 weeks. You get the date in writing before you pay anything.
You do. The domain, the hosting account, the code, the content — all in your name, all handed over at launch. You are never locked into me. If you want to take it to another developer next year, nothing stops you.
Usually nothing. The way I build, most sites run free on Vercel or Cloudflare. You pay for your domain — around $15 a year — and that is it. No monthly platform fee, no per-page charges.
Yes. Every build includes a CMS for the parts that change — text, images, prices, team members, blog posts. You get a 30-minute walkthrough at launch and a short reference doc. No code, no tickets, no waiting on me.
Normal, and not a blocker. Copywriting is included in the Launch tier — I interview you for an hour and write it. For photography I will either direct a local shoot or select licensed images that do not look like stock.
The technical foundation, always: clean markup, fast loads, structured data, sitemaps, and a proper redirect map when rebuilding. For local businesses I also set up and optimize your Google Business Profile. Ongoing content marketing is a different job and I will refer you to someone who only does that.
You get 30 days of support — if it is my fault, I fix it free, permanently. After that, most clients need nothing. If you want ongoing changes, I work in prepaid blocks of hours rather than a retainer you forget you are paying.
Next step
Tell me what your business does and what the website is not doing. I will tell you straight whether it is worth rebuilding, what it would cost, and how long it would take. If the answer is that you do not need me, that is what I will say.
